Order acceptance and cancellation
Dermala is not obligated to sell products to you unless Dermala has accepted the order and Dermala may refuse to sell to whomever they wish.
Some of our products have the option to be purchased with a subscription service. If you choose one of these services, the product will be automatically renewed and you agree to allow us to submit charges to the payment method you have provided to us and ship products to you without any additional authorization from you unless you have chosen to cancel the subscription prior to the shipment of the product. You are responsible for notifying Dermala if your shipping address or billing information has changed. If your payment for your subscription service fails, we may terminate your subscription service.
Prices and payment terms
Posted product prices on Dermala’s website do not include taxes and may not include charges for shipping and handling unless it is specifically indicated. All taxes and charges will be itemized and added to the merchandise total in your online shopping cart and be displayed in your confirmation email. The cost of all products sold on our website are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged will be the price displayed during purchase, which will be verified in the confirmation email. If a price change does occur, it will only apply to orders placed after the changes have been made. We are not responsible for typographical and pricing errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Subscription services may be canceled at any time by notifying us in writing to email@example.com and will apply to any order that has not yet been shipped to you at the time of receiving the cancellation notification.
Returns and refunds
While it is important to acknowledge that reestablishing your healthy microbiome takes time, your satisfaction with our product is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, it may be returned to Dermala for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date you purchased the product. Any product you return must be kept in the original packaging, and customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once Dermala receives the product, you will be credited back for the full price of the item using the same payment method that was originally used to purchase the item.
