Orders are subject to sales tax in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

- Dermala coupon codes and promotions are valid only at dermala.com. Offers/promotions/coupon codes cannot be combined - including combining coupons with promotional gift cards or promotional free gift items. SHIPPING, ORDER TRACKING & RETURNS
Dermala ships to all 50 U.S. States via USPS shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your order from the date your order was placed. Expedited shipping methods are available, and are displayed with associated costs at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number which you can check online.

Dermala products can be ordered with or without a subscription. Ordering with a subscription means you will get your products auto-shipped to you on a monthly basis – saving time, effort and money and ensuring that you don’t run out.

Our Dermala App will help guide you through the treatment process for best results, and will track behavioral data so you can understand what day to day events might be contributing to your acne and recommend changes to optimize your results.
As acne is an inflammatory skin disease that takes time to clear - consistency is key to getting the best results. Follow the directions on your Dermala products and make sure to use them as directed, every day, to see the best results as quickly as possible.
Everyone will respond differently to their acne treatment, and results can be seen in as early as a week of consistent use. However, it can take up to 8 weeks to see results.
Your products will last an average of 30 days.
When treating acne, you have to remember that the pimples on the surface aren’t the only ones present - you might have many subclinical (can’t yet be seen) pimples under the skin that will be brought to the surface before you start to see long-term clearing. This “skin purge” is when your acne seems to be getting worse before it’s getting better, but what’s actually happening is the pimples are brought to the surface faster while new pimples are prevented from forming. Remember, consistency is key! If you have sensitive skin and are worried about the product causing irritation, it is best to try the treatment out on a small area of infected skin for a few days before applying the product to the entire face. Start with a once a day application of SCANTILY Pads® and increase to 2 times daily as your skin adapts. Acne treatments can dry out the skin and it is best to always follow the application of SCANTILY Pads® with a non-comedogenic moisturizer.
When using the SCANTILY Pads® twice daily while taking SUPPLEMEANT To Be®, you should see a decrease in the number of your nodular and cystic acne lesions. However, if your acne is very severe or if you do not see improvement, it is best to see a dermatologist for treatment.
Yes, Dermala’s SCANTILY Pads® can help with ingrown hair. Ingrown hairs are similar to whiteheads and blackheads and can be relieved using salicylic acid which exfoliates the skin.
